I’m Nadia Richardson, a designer passionate about crafting inclusive, user-centered experiences. Growing up mixed race, I have learned the importance of the sense of belonging, and I strive to foster that sense of community in my work by championing diversity, equity, and accessibility.

My design philosophy is rooted in understanding people’s stories to create impactful solutions. With a focus on front-end design, I develop interactive, visually engaging, and functional experiences that adapt to users' evolving needs.

 

I embrace imperfection in design as a reflection of how technology, people, and the world continuously change, driving the need to adapt.  

Before UX, my background in healthcare has shaped what I value in design. UX brings together everything I love research, creativity, and problem-solving to make meaningful experiences for everyone.
